Rates could be higher if booked through a third party, Holiday lettings or Air bnb.

This four bedroom (two en suite) plus two separate shower rooms with toilet and hand basin, split level house sleeps ten people plus two babies. It has magnificent sea views and is situated off Strand Road in Portstewart. Within a five to ten minute walk to all Portstewart amenities. Price includes bed linen (not towels), an allowance of electricity and oil which is adequate for normal usage.

Upper ground floor- consists of well equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including; microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker and hob. The large lounge upstairs has views of the beach, Mussenden Temple and Donegal headlands. It is comfortably furnished to include a leather suite, TV and DVD player. The family bedroom has a double and single bed. Shower room with toilet and hand basin. Garage/playroom has a washing machine, dryer and games table. It is suitable for storage and drying of golf and sporting equipment.

Lower ground floor- consists of a family en suite bedroom with a double, single bed and a cot. Double en suite bedroom. A twin bedroom. Shower room with toilet and hand basin. The second lounge/dining room has dining table, TV and sofa bed. The patio doors lead to the enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Bed linen is supplied free of charge but not towels (these can be hired).
Electricity- an allowance of 105 units of electricity per week, any use above will be charged.
Heating- up to 28 hrs allowance is included in the price any use above will be charged.

Strictly no pets and no smoking. Families and couples only. Private parking for two cars.
