About

Built around 1900, this quaint and characterful house is situated just above Portstewart Promenade with views of the Atlantic.

It has been sympathetically restored and renovated, retaining many original features with the addition of underfloor heating and double glazed sash windows, and is decorated to a high standard.

The house is equipped to accommodate up to four adults in two double bedrooms. A small room containing sofa bed and Stokke Junior bed (suitable for children up to age 10 years) adjoins the downstairs double bedroom, making it ideal for families with young children. A travel cot and high chair are also supplied. The house benefits from sea views to the front and a fully enclosed garden and patio to the rear, ideal for BBQs.

Generous living accommodation includes a bright and airy dining room, and two living rooms with open fires, one with TV (Freeview), DVD and VCR. Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric hob/grill/oven and microwave. Family bathroom with shower over bath. WIFI included. On street parking. Conveniently located for Portstewart Promenade, Portstewart Strand, many excellent golf courses and areas of local interest such as the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Two minute walk to local cafes, boutiques, playground and transport links to nearby Portrush and Coleraine.
