Located only 1 hour from Belfast and 1 hour 30 minutes from the North Coast, it is the perfect location for exploring all of the amazing activities Northern Ireland has to offer.

Beech Hill House is beautifully decorated to an excellent standard and well equipped for all guests, providing luxury accommodation while maintaining the home from home atmosphere.

While staying in Beech Hill House your price includes electricity, heating, WiFi, linen, towels and luxury toiletries. There are 5 bedrooms consisting of 3 king size beds, 1 double bed and one room which accommodate a young baby/toddler or single occupancy for one adult. One of the upstairs bedrooms has space to accommodate a further guest if required.

There are two spacious living areas with the upstairs living room having access to a balcony to absorb the exceptional views of the local countryside. Within this room you will find cosy fabric sofas that will suit those who will enjoy relaxing in front of our 50” TV. The downstairs living room is equipped for those who like to wind down on a cold winter's night in front of the stove.

Within the kitchen provided for your use is a brand new Rangemaster cooker, integrated fridge freezer, microwave and integrated dishwasher, with a washing machine and tumble dryer provided in the adjoining utility room. We have included a full range of children’s dining ware and can provide a high chair and travel cot for your use. Do not hesitate to ask for an item you may require to help you travel light - you never know we may already have it.

Experience what country life has to offer in the heart of Mid Ulster, while waking up to take in the views of the Clogher Valley and the Sperrin Mountains.
