About

Enjoy a luxury stay at Castlepoint, a spectacular villa, graded 4* by Tourism NI, with stunning sea-views, a large patio, beach access and an extensive garden. The villa is located near 15th century Kilclief Castle, 2.5 miles from Strangford and within easy reach of nearby towns Ardglass, Downpatrick and Newcastle and also the cities of Belfast and Dublin. Built in 1973, the villa has been modernised but retains its striking retro decor and mid-century furnishings. Ideal for families, wedding parties, golfers, cyclists and hikers.

Castlepoint has four bedrooms, one with a balcony, and can accomodate up to eight guests. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa has a modern kitchen, large and cosy lounge, dining room, patio with furniture and a very large private beach-front garden. There is easy, direct access to the beach from the garden.
Automatic central heating and hot water is in place, with separate controls for the living and bedroom areas. Guests can adjust the temperature easily should they wish to. Clothes washing and drying facilities (both outside and inside) are also provided.

There is full fibre broadband with WiFi throughout. The Lounge has a 42" TV with Sky and a surround sound blu-ray home cinema system.

Castlepoint can be booked for 3 - 28 nights.
