About

This family run pub and bed and breakfast is situated in The Square of the attractive small town of Portaferry.

Portaferry lies at the end of the Ards Peninsula, from here a ferry plies across The Narrows, the site of a spectacular tidal torrent. On the opposite shore is Strangford village, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Fiddlers Green, famed for its characterful bar, hugely popular with visitors and locals alike for its live music, atmosphere, Guinness and, most recently its Game of Thrones® Door.

‘There are no strangers here, just friends who haven’t yet met’.
