Our beautifully presented modern 3 bedroomed semi detached property is NI Tourism approved and meticulously presented to a very high standard. Hoy House is our holiday home for visiting family in Enniskillen and as such we've made sure it's both comfortable and luxurious! Located less than 2 miles from Enniskillen town centre with all it's amenities. It's our (and hopefully your) perfect place to come to and visit and explore Fermanagh and further afield! The space The property is a newly built 3 bed semi-detached house furnished to an excellent standard. Downstairs there is an entrance hallway, stylishly appointed lounge with comfy sofa's, 42 inch TV, selection of games, books and dvd's. The kitchen diner is a great space for all the family with large extending table, sofa and fully fitted kitchen including integrated dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with ice machine, large range hob/cooker, microwave and most importantly a wine storage rack! Off the kitchen is our utility room complete with washing machine and separate dryer. There is also a downstairs cloak with toilet and sink. Upstairs we have three beautiful bedrooms, a master with king bed and en-suite with shower. Bedroom 2 had a double and single bed, whilst bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. Outside to the rear we have a paved patio area with tables, seats and parasol along with a raised planter housing a few carefully selected plants and flowers. High speed, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. We have off road parking for up to two cars to the side of the property, which is linked by a flat footpath to the front door. The property is on a small new residential development less than half a mile from Lough Erne.

Hoy House is on a small modern housing estate just 2 miles from Enniskillen town center. Just a short walk from Protora Castle and Lough Erne and within easy reach of the local amenities.

The capital of Fermanagh, surrounded by the River Erne, Enniskillen is the only island town in the whole island of Ireland. The town centre is dominated by the walls and battlements of Enniskillen Castle, built in the 1400s by Hugh Maguire. There is plenty to do and see, from historical buildings, museums, a host of water based activities to an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants. Our pick is Blakes the Hollow - a Victorian pub that has been pouring pints for over 125 years. The pub’s snugs are perfect for cosying up over a pint of Guinness whilst listening to traditional Irish music played live. This is a proper Irish pub with a genuine Irish pub atmosphere. As a bonus for fans of Game of Thrones, the pub has an intricately carved door depicting scenes from the show.

With a third of the county covered in water Fermanagh is a paradise for fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing and the wildlife that finds a home in this beautiful county.

Try a visit to explore the caves and underground rivers at Marble Arch Global Geo Park, some 12 miles from Enniskillen. Visitors travel through caverns on electrically powered boats along a subterranean river with all its amazing formations of stalactites and calcite coated walls.

Fancy a walk? Try the Cuilcagh Boardwalk aka ‘Stairway to Heaven’ just 12 miles from Enniskillen and around 1km from the Marble Arch Caves. Some breathtaking views across this 7.4km trail which takes in gravel tracks, mountain paths and wooden boardwalks.

Fermanagh also has three National Trust properties to enjoy, Florence Court, Crom Estate and Castle Coole all make for a great day out.

For trips further afield try Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland, around 1hr 40mins from Enniskillen. Attractions include the excellent Titanic Museum, Belfast Zoo as well as the vibrant city centre itself with great shopping and huge choice of bars and restaurants.

The Giants Causeway needs no introduction – a good 2hr 30min drive, but well worth it. This UNESCO World Heritage Site lies at he foot of the basalt cliffs along the sea coast on the edge of the Antrim plateau in Northern Ireland. It is made up of some 40,000 massive black basalt columns sticking out of the sea. The dramatic sight has inspired legends of giants striding over the sea to Scotland.

A visit to this neck of the woods could be combined with a trip to Bushmills Distillery (the world's oldest licensed distillery!) or the Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge which links the mainland to the tiny island of Carrickarede. It spans 20 metres and is 30 metres above the rocks below – dare you walk it!

Why not visit the Republic of Irleand with the border to County Donegal just a half hour drive by car away. Travel on to the towns of Bundoran (45mins) or Donegal Town (1 hr), explore the Wild Atlantic Way or go surfing at Rossnowlagh Beach (50mins).
