About

Located in the heart of Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, Charlie's Bar is one of the town's most cherished traditional bars. A multi-award winning pub, it is named in honour of Charlie Burns, the father of the current proprietor. This bar has been a family legacy since 1944.

Originally opened by Charlie Burns, the bar is now under the stewardship of his son Gerry, who carried out a significant refurbishment to enhance its charm. Recently, Gerry's daughter Una has taken the reins, ensuring the family tradition continues into the third generation with warmth and hospitality.

Charlie's Bar exudes a cozy, traditional atmosphere, complete with an inviting open fire. It's a prime spot for sports enthusiasts, featuring live sports and racing on 16 HD plasma screens. Music lovers will appreciate the live performances every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, as well as the traditional Irish music session every Sunday from 7:30pm.

For those looking for a bit of fun, the bar offers a dartboard and welcomes dogs, making it a perfect stop for locals and visitors alike. While Charlie's Bar does not serve food, patrons are welcome to order from Little Wing Pizzeria next door, with delivery straight to your table.

True to the spirit of traditional Irish pubs, the staff and locals at Charlie's Bar greet strangers and visitors like old friends, encouraging everyone to relax and enjoy a pint or two. Join us at Charlie's Bar for a genuine Irish pub experience in the heart of Enniskillen.
