The Cellar Restaurant offers an extensive menu daily, catering for all tastes in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Patrick Mallon, our Head Chef has created a menu which reflects the excellent local produce available whilst maximising the use of seasonal ingredients in particular. The menu changes regularly to take full advantage of the excellent fayre available from local producers and we are also part of the Taste Mid Ulster Food Trail.
You can relax beforehand and enjoy a quiet drink in the Cellar Lounge.

Taste Mid Ulster Signature Dish
Starter: Warm Steak Crostini
Tender strips of McAtamney’s fillet steak marinated in balsamic and sweet chilli served on fresh crusty bread and topped with a rocket and parmesan garnish.
Main course: Golden Stuffed Irish Chicken
McAtamney’s chicken fillet stuffed with Cookstown bacon and mushrooms. Served with a sweetcorn pancake, fresh charred pineapple over Bradmount Potatoes champ with pepper sauce.
