The Exchange Restaurant and Wine Bar

About

An exciting city centre restaurant offering quality food, delicious wine, ambient surroundings and bustling atmosphere. Beside the Guildhall and opposite the City Hotel.

Setting the right environment for people to relax and enjoy our food has always been at the heart of what we do. Our experience in the industry allows us to know first hand what our customers want. We have created a vibrant energetic meeting place, offering second to none service with tons of expertise  in creating and personalising the perfect day out for you.

We have always had an exceptionally high standard in the produce we use. Our relationships with local farmers and grocers allows us the best selection of the freshest and most organic products available in the city. We have travelled the world and explored dishes and have found ingredients that compliment our dishes and spare no expense on the integrity of our dishes.

Our sommelier can source wines that truly complement our dishes giving you an experience like no other. We have a wide selection of drinks including draft and bottled beer, spirits and cocktails available but what makes us different is the care and research we put into selecting the perfect wine for each meal offer. We know what’s best,  so ask our friendly staff in store and we will gladly point in you in the right direction.
