Join Amanda at her farmhouse kitchen table for a feel-good food experience. Indulge in a delicious selection of homemade treats including some local specialities as Amanda demonstrates how to make one of her delicious preserves. Relax with good food and great company while learning the skill of preserve making. A natural storyteller, Amanda shares insights into farm life and local history.
Take away a pot of fresh preserves along with Amanda’s recipe to try your hand at home.

This is not just an afternoon tea this is so much more.
Amanda will be doing a full demonstration on making lemon curd from start to finish.
This will be followed by a delicious afternoon tea made using locally produced ingredients and you can also sample some local food and drinks.
A great afternoon swapping stories and recipes and hearing about the local area plus you get a free pot of lemon curd and the recipe to take home and other goodies!
