Woodland Paths and Open Meadows
Visitors can stroll through well-maintained trails, passing by scenic woodlands, open meadows, and wildflower areas. The park’s trails are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
River Walk
There is a picturesque lake at the heart of the park, home to an array of bird species. The lakeside offers tranquil views, perfect for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the surroundings.
Some of the main trails, particularly those around the lakes and through the woodland areas, are suitable for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility. These paths are wide, flat, and surfaced with smooth materials. There are benches and rest spots along the trails to ensure that visitors can take breaks if needed.

- Picnic Area - Picnic areas and open spaces ideal for family outings are available within the park.
- Tea-room/Cafe onsite - ‘The Secret Garden Café’ is located in the grounds of Ecos Nature Park operating 7 days a week, providing refreshments alongside hot and cold food. All food is made by onsite chefs using locally sourced produce with all cakes, pastries and deserts created and baked in-house. Open Monday - Friday 9-5pm and Saturday and Sunday open 10-5pm. Times can shorten during the winter months.
