About

Passionate about stinging nettles and inspired by her great grandmother Noreen invites you into her countryside home where guests can get into the sting and enjoy a nettlefest of food and drink while learning about the natural remedies of this wonderful plant and its many uses in traditional dishes.

Guests can enjoy nettle tea and shortbread upon arrival.

There will be plenty of sampling of nettle based sweet and savoury dishes plus nettle cordial. Hands on (with gloves) nettle picking in the garden with guided nettle soda bread making. As well as the opportunity to sample nettle beer. 

A lunch of nettle soup is served to enjoy with your own soda bread. 

There will also be the opportunity to purchase award winning tea/ cordial and other nettle based products.
