Belfast Children's Festival

About

Belfast Children’s Festival is not just for the young, but also the young at heart with local, national and international performances and events to entertain, surprise and delight. At Young at Art, we believe our great arts experiences are for everyone, so whether you’re 8 weeks old or 108 years old, enjoy our festival fun!

Over 10 days we have hand-picked incredible shows, performances, events, activities and creative experiences for everyone, including a range of inclusive shows specially created for those with additional needs. We have shows from across the world, as well as some of the very best of performances for young audiences being made right here in Belfast, from festival favourites to world premieres, and of course our Festival Family Day Out. And no, you don’t need to be a child or have a child with you to enjoy them!

At Young at Art we appreciate that ‘family’ takes many forms, so whatever the make-up of those nearest and dearest to you we have activities for everyone, from the very youngest to the young at heart. We can’t wait to see you there!
