About

This celebration of the City of Bangor’s maritime heritage returns to the seafront with nautical fun on and off the water! Quay Street car park, located beside Eisenhower Pier, will take on a distinctly holiday atmosphere with the return of the Urban Beach, seaside ‘rave’, funfair rides and outside bar.

Families can enjoy a seaside ‘rave’, Once you’ve soaked up all the fun, you can sit and relax along the pier where there are a range of hot food trucks, and even an outdoor summer bar! Watch some great food demos, or the fantastic on-water activities, like e-foiling displays, kayaking and paddleboarding.

This year’s event sees the return of the popular rowing competition from 12 noon on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May, with local teams vying for the top prize.

Head to Eisenhower Pier to watch some fantastic food demos at the Demo Kitchen where chefs from the local college, SERC, will be creating tasty dishes using fresh local produce to give you inspiration to take home and try for yourself!

Pick up some delicious treats from a variety of hot food trucks, ice-cream, and even an outdoor bar.
