About

Luxury self catering accommodation in rural setting in County Down. The accommodation is in a listed Gatelodge which has been restored and extended to combine modern luxury in an historic building.

There are two spacious double bedrooms which have been furnished with custom built pocket sprung beds. These can be made up to your specifications - as 1 super kingsize bed or 2 singles. There are fitted wardrobes and large amounts of storage for your belongings. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom/wetroom and bedroom 2 has a private bathroom. There is a large fitted kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The cosy living room has two comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove. Firewood can be delivered on request.

In 2015 Scion Hill Gate Lodge was awarded a Bronze Award in the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
