Christmas Twilight Market at St. George's, Belfast (26-27 Nov)
St George’s Market will sparkle even more this month with it's Christmas Twilight Market taking place on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 November (4pm to 11pm). Enjoy a fabulous festive atmosphere, local food and drink, arts and crafts, live music and cookery demonstrations under a starry canopy of twinkly lights on both evenings. There will be stalls with locally produced artworks and crafts by renowned local artists, handmade jewellery, antiques, clothing and gifts for four-legged friends too including pet wear, treats and food. The Christmas Twilight Market runs from 4pm to 11pm both days but the event is for adults only after 9pm. Alcohol will be on sale at this evening event with a bar selling locally produced beers, gins and whiskeys as well as mulled wine.
East Block Bazaar, East Belfast (24 Nov)(20-21 Dec)
The East Block Bazaar is a monthly market made up of local artisan producers, makers, growers, vintage and curios, hosted in Banana Block, Newtownards Road. Come along on the 24th of November (1-5pm) to see this market that breathes life into Sundays in the East. On the 20th and 21st of December, they will host their annual Xmas Bazaar.
Flowerfield Christmas Craft Market, Portstewart (9-21 Nov)
The market runs weekly from 9 November to 21 December on Monday-Saturday 11am-4pm with additional opening hours on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9pm. Find unique, handmade presents for loved ones - from pottery and fashion accessories to jewellery and glass homeware, beautiful artwork, scented candles, artisan food and much more - all made with love by makers and visual artists based in Northern Ireland with most hailing from the Causeway Coast and Glens area. During the launch event, you can enjoy live festive music, and participate in a special craft activity, creating handmade decorations to adorn Flowerfield’s tree.

Vault Christmas Market, Belfast (7-8 Dec)
The Vault Christmas Market is back in the stunning Carlisle Memorial Church on Saturday the 7th – Sunday the 8th of December (11am–5pm). This is the 7th year with over 60 stalls of Belfast’s best independent artists and traders selling high-quality jewellery, original paintings and illustrations, gilded glass, fine art prints, vintage clothing, ceramics, books, fashion accessories, cards, homeware and much more.
TedBerry Christmas Market, Belfast (30 Nov-1 Dec)
Make your way to the Titanic exhibition Centre on the 30th November and 1st December for TedBerry Market, Northern Ireland's most exciting Christmas market. With over 150 small businesses from across the region, this is your one-stop-shop for unique gifts and festive fun. This is a ticket entry, so make sure to get yours soon to secure your spot.
Victoria Square Shopping Centre, Belfast
Roam through over 70 inviting shops and restaurants, home to top brands such as Ted Baker, Hollister, Tommy Hilfiger, LK Bennet and Hugo Boss - to name just a few, at Victoria Square. Head for the Dome and 360 degree views of the city. You’ll see all the way to the famous Harland & Wolff Cranes - Samson and Goliath, to the locals.
CastleCourt Shopping Centre, Belfast

St. George’s Market, Belfast
St. George’s Market is one of Belfast’s oldest and most colourful attractions. Here, you’ll find the best of local produce and speciality foods from around the world, all under one roof. Look out for fresh fruit and vegetables, artisan meats and the widest range of fish in Ireland – there were 23 fish stalls alone here, at the last count. For extra local flavour, check out the soda farls, ‘Belfast Baps’, Suki Tea and Broughgammon goat's meat.
There are also plenty of antique and collectibles stalls, clothes, local craft sellers and live music from local bands.
Lisburn Road, South Belfast
If independent designers are more your bag, take a stroll down the Lisburn Road for the latest in fashion and homeware style. JoJo Maman Bébé, Oliver Bonas, Velvet Boutique, Moda Shoes and Hugo Thomas are all within reach. As are great bars and restaurants – such as the Chelsea or Shu.
Bloomfield Avenue, East Belfast
There’s more individual style in Bloomfield Avenue’s neat boutiques. It’s a browser’s heaven and you’ll more than likely walk away with something special. Abbeycentre Shopping Centre, County Antrim
On the outskirts of Belfast, the Abbey Centre and surrounding Valley Retail Park is popular with locals. High Street names such as Next, Dunnes, Marks and Spencer, TK Maxx, B&M and Matalan have all made their home here. As have Synge and Byrne – the perfect spot to enjoy an artisan coffee and a shopping break.
Ballymena, County Antrim

The Quays, Newry, County Down
You’ll find The Quays shopping centre right on the edge of the Newry Canal, hence the name. With easy access from the M1 motorway between Dublin and Belfast you’ll find extensive car parking in and around the centre, and the bus station is nearby.
The stores – where to start? Might as well start with some of the biggest and best known names, including Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury’s, H&M, River Island, Superdry, Next, Sports Direct and Ernst Jones.
