In a beautifully refurbished 18th century building, where the Crawford family first started serving drinks in the mid-1800s, the award-winning Rostrevor Inn hosts a charming traditional bar, atmospheric Stables snugs and an elegant bistro serving delicious food. We also have seven inviting ensuite bedrooms catering for everyone from singles to families.
With an exciting programme of live events and entertainment, we regularly feature the local musical talent for which the area is famed. And if you’d like to linger longer, why not make the Rostrevor Inn your base to explore one of the most beautiful areas in the whole of Ireland. Near Carlingford Lough, we are just yards from Kilbroney Park and its Narnia Trail, at the gateway to the Mourne Mountains.
We have become famous for our food offering from delicious steaks and our signature Hake, to our acclaimed range of homemade gourmet burgers, including halloumi and vegan burgers. We have delicious breakfast and lunch menus (including our ‘make your own burger’ option with a choice of 17 delicious toppings). We also have a children’s menu. From the paintings that adorn our ancient stone walls to the musicians who play in the bar, local talent is key to our ethos. So are the wonderful local craft beers and ciders. We also serve world-class gins from two local distilleries and fine wines by the glass. We have gone the extra mile to make our customers and staff feel safe during the current situation but have ensured our welcoming ambience is as big an attraction as ever.
