About

Nestled in the picturesque rural landscape of the Antrim hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, lies a small heritage farm run by Sabrina & Declan Scullion. Embracing a sustainable lifestyle, the Scullion family invite guests to step back in time and experience the simplicity of traditional rural life.

Roll up your sleeves for an authentic farming experience capturing the old Irish way of life with hands on traditional farming activities such as potato harvesting and butter making or learn a traditional skill working with natural materials like willow, flax and wood. Surrounded by the tranquility of the open countryside, hear tales of lore and family anecdotes enriched with stories of generations past.

A restored traditional stone cottage boasts a crackling open fire, surrounded by a curated display of vintage farm tools and artefacts. Delve into stories of local heritage & folklore, reconnect with nature and our heritage, create memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Following a traditional Irish country welcome - tea/coffee and homemade bun, Choose from a selection of the current seasons hands-on traditional farm activities and crafts. For example you may be producing butter from cows' milk or processing flax into linen fibre. You will get an introduction to the activity, its heritage & purpose including a tour of relevant areas of the farm before getting hands-on with your heritage farm experience.
